Signs of Hypothyroidism & How I Reversed It Naturally

If you’ve been struggling with unexplained weight gain, brain fog, or constant fatigue, your thyroid might be trying to tell you something. I know this firsthand because I was on thyroid medication for six years before I found a way to heal my body naturally. Today, I’ve been completely medication-free for over five years!

Signs Your Thyroid Might Be Sluggish

Hypothyroidism can show up in ways you might not even connect to your thyroid at first. Here are some key signs to watch for:

🔹 Unexplained Weight Gain – If you’re eating the same way you always have but suddenly gaining weight, this is a big red flag.
🔹 Constipation – A sluggish thyroid often slows down digestion, leading to gut issues.
🔹 Brain Fog & Depression – If you feel mentally "foggy" or struggle with low mood, your thyroid might be playing a role.
🔹 Cold Hands & Feet – Poor circulation and an inability to stay warm can be a sign of low thyroid function.
🔹 Hair Loss – If your hair is thinning or falling out more than usual, your body could be signaling a thyroid imbalance.
🔹 Leaky Gut & Digestive Issues – Your gut and thyroid are closely connected, so an unhappy gut can be a sign of thyroid dysfunction.

My Journey to Healing

I spent years depending on medication, but I always felt like something was missing. So, I started digging deeper into nutrition, gut health, and mindset shifts. Through lifestyle, detoxification and dietary changes, I was able to reverse my hypothyroidism and Hashimoto’s—something I always believed was possible!

Your thyroid is responsible for every single metabolic process in your body, so when it’s not functioning properly, you feel it. But the good news is, your body is capable of healing when given the right support!
